Our Story
In the early 2000’s one of our co-founders needed a commercial loan. He approached one of the mainstream banks and found the process quite cumbersome, difficult, and with a large amount of information being requested for slow responses with long turnaround times.
Eventually the opportunity to fund the project was lost due to time constraints. Frustrations grew, but valuable lessons were learned. It was time to explore the market. It was uncovered that there are a lot of Brokers in the market, majority deal with Banks, a small percentage work with Non-Bank Lenders.
After further investigating it was discovered that Non-Bank lending can meet a big need in the marketplace. It can be much quicker with less lending requirements! It was time for action and a specialised team was put together consisting of industry experience in all aspects of real estate lending, commercial finance, developments with multiple project executions throughout Australia.
This was coupled with a diverse range of award winning and market leading business leaders and managers Sydney wide. As well as a customer centric, fully certified, industry specialists to assists Acecap Finance clients and business partners with end-to-end services.
